She has done it from zero, on her own name, which means the creative direction here comes from someone who has been on the other side of the algorithm rather than someone who has read about it.
Nic has run marketing as a CMO across four continents, taking brands into America, Europe, Asia and Australasia. Different markets, different rules, the same problem underneath.
